I had a burger that tasted stale and the fries I received were overcooked and unappetizing.

I ordered through their mobile app but was disappointed to find out that they don't serve the item I wanted after 5 PM. Derek, the employee I spoke to, didn't offer any alternative options. The customer service was terrible as they didn't even bother to reply to my inquiry.

The customer service at this restaurant is completely unacceptable. I am a vegetarian and often visit this establishment to inquire about a hashbrown in a bun. The manager agreed to make it for me, but the staff insisted on giving me a bun and hashbrown separately in a bag. They also refused to provide me with onions and told me to add ketchup and mayo to the bun myself. When I said I did not want it, the staff member insisted that I pay for it since it was already prepared. I reluctantly paid and left my order, only to have a customer sent to my table to deliver the food. I informed the customer that I did not want it, and they disposed of the food. I paid $5.25 for a bun and hashbrown at 1:50 pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

The cashier accidentally entered the wrong burger order and the supervisor in the kitchen refused to correct it. It was a terrible experience and I recommend speaking with the supervisor on duty at 6:00 pm on July 12th.
