Cold Stone Creamery - Brandon

To begin, I am a frequent visitor of coldstone creameries, some are not as quality as others for sure. This coldstone is one of the good ones, If in the Brandon area I highly recommend it. While it can be busy at some times, the wait is never long and the quality of service is great. I have never been skimped on toppings or poor mixing at this location. Even when they have staff turnover, the quality has remained the same. I highly recommend this location.

Whether we have wanted a special birthday cake design, donuts, cupcakes, pies, or Christmas baking, Kirsten's quality, prices, passion for her craft and personality keep us coming back for more!!

Been here many times, but first time ever receiving my butterfinger just sitting on top lol. This doesn't seem right at all

I like ice cream. This cold stone does not have seating. Is very small and tight inside. They didn?t mix my toppings in with the ice cream like usual. The only reason it has 2 stars is that they got our order through quickly.

At first I was very annoyed and did not give the right waffle cone or the right amount of ice, but the manager came by for me replaced my order, made me worthy and happy that I spent my money in this place. Whoever the manager at this time and date you go girls thank you for correcting your employees mistakes and not that I feel like I'm wrong to bring it to your attention. I'll be back to spend more money here.
