Usually there are two ladies who served and their service is outstanding however this morning April 22,2024 at 7:10 Am I had a very bad experience I was not greeted and the face that Barista had omg I would hate to start my morning like this) seems to be pissed at something and had no smile whatsoever in my head I was like may be she is not having a good day Later when I looked at my cold hashbrown and without sugar tea which I specifically asked for double double) I was upset honestly doesn’t need this negative energy going into my food. Service is too slow, i visit here everyday for my coffee . Understaffed in the morning rush hours. Management needs to look into this Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Asked for a Caramel Ice Coffee, they gave me a Caramel Cappuccino. Asked for a Bacon Farmer’s Wrap with no sauce, it’s LOADED with sauce. Service was not the greatest! Won’t be returning! Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
