Tim Hortons - Brampton

Makes fresh all the time but service is kinda messed up. 7/10 they mess up my simple Steep Tea Double double.

Terrible terrible… they didn’t get my order right the first time … 2nd time my order was still not right …. Just terrible… will not go there again … how hard is it to get a bagel order right !!!

I go there frequently the staff is really good, almost every morning I grab a cup of coffee before going to work. Yesterday, when I was at drive thru the guy named Saurish served my order with a great smile.

I really Don't have good Experience in Tim Hortons in canada, before I was leaving in Dubai and used to go Tim Hortons for tea coffee and really very tasty everything but since I try in canada I feel that am drinking only water no taste of tea, coffee even not hot as much compared to Dubai.Honestly I had bad experience and I don't like to anymore in Tim hortons in canada until going back to Dubai.

Drive thru staff must listen to the order carefully rather than gossiping with the colleagues. Ordered a chicken wrap and got one without chicken. Went back and they showed the orde reciept and said l never ordered chicken. The supervisor was rude and showing attitude, she need to learn how to applogise or even how to deal with it.
