We ordered from the location on Charolais Blvd in Brampton Twice we've ordered and both times something was missing.

It's fast, great service, i just usually pick it up that way it keeps the price down, good selection

Yesterday I ordered the two medium with six items between them special. Very tasty with a generous amount of toppings both well cooked to perfection. They accurately prepared my special orderof one pizza with no sauce.

As a new customer to Pizzaville and a long-time patron of Gino's Pizza, Pizza Nova, and Pizza Hut in the Brampton area, I have never had any issues ordering pizzas with common toppings. For example, my son only likes pepperoni on his pizza, so we requested to have the extra toppings from my pizza put on his at no extra charge. However, Pizzaville refused, claiming it was against their policy. When I asked to see this policy, they were unable to provide it. I was transferred to a supervisor, who was unhelpful and seemed annoyed by my questions. I learned that Pizzaville does not allow toppings to be transferred between pizzas of the same size, and customers are charged for any additional toppings. This information was not clearly communicated to me by the staff. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency at Pizzaville. I will not be returning and will continue to support businesses like Pizza Nova, Pizza Hut, and Gino's Pizza, which prioritize customer satisfaction and operate with clear business practices.
