Pizza Hut - Brampton

So I ordered pizza tonight and when it was delivered, I had 1 slice and the pizza was bad. It was soggy, the dough was undercooked. You could taste the raw dough. When I called the location I was given the option to take the pizza in for a fresh new pizza. She said we are too busy so you have to drive here. So help me understand this.... WE obviously chose to get it delivered for a reason right?? But to get a good pizza, I have to drive to the store with the sogggy undercooked pizza first? Even at this point I considered finding a way to get someone to go.... I said to the employee to lemme try to see if someone can go... but otherwise can u add a note to file that this happened. At this point, she said... unfortunately we only except complaints and correct it on the same day.... u only have the option to come pick up a new pizza TODAY. Wow, thank you for this great experience!!!!

Ordered cheese and vegetable lovers plus chicken Alfredo pasta. My nephew enjoyed the pasta but the pizzas had little to no cheese and burnt. Very disappointed in that location. Pizza used to be

We ordered 4 XL pizzas for the nurses at William Osler and I don’t know how they tasted but they were very appreciative of what we did for them.

I ordered two pizzas. The service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. I will definitely return.
