Pizza Hut - Braintree

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The staff was fantastic, and I barely had to wait at all—just a maximum of five minutes after the pickup time. They even offered me a complimentary bottle of drinks, which I declined since the wait was so short, and the pizza was delicious. I appreciated being asked why I didn't order cheese, as they genuinely wanted to know if it was due to an allergy or a personal preference. It's refreshing to see that they care about their customers, unlike other well-known pizza brands that often overlook this. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant is fantastic! It tends to get extremely busy on Fridays and Saturdays, which is understandable, so there might be a bit of a wait at times. To avoid this, we usually try to order a little earlier or dine during the week. The food is always served at a high standard—piping hot and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially that Steve guy, and the younger employees are always a pleasure to chat with. Thank you for maintaining such great work!
