The paint has a great outdoor area and garden. we have already eaten a few times for lunch and the sandwiches are really delicious and very full. we will definitely come back! highly recommended!

Good service. friendly staff. this is our second visit here. the first time was a hot Sunday last year, it was very busy. second visit withte the week. service and pricing very good. they can keep the standard at the next visit.
