Kfc - Bradenton

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It is incredibly dirty and there are many homeless people around the parking lot. The soda was flat and I had to clean three tables so my family could eat at a clean and disinfected table. There were five different leaks coming from the roof and the cashiers got most of our orders wrong. I will never stop at this location again. I took several pictures, including ones of all the wipes I used to clean the tables and chairs.

I ordered a 2-piece meal, which was supposed to include 2 chicken breasts. However, I received one breast and a small, undercooked thigh with little meat on it, along with a hard biscuit. The staff seemed unresponsive when I tried to engage in conversation, making it feel like I was talking to a wall. I returned to the restaurant another time and received chicken from the previous day, which was mushy and unappetizing. The quality of the food and service left much to be desired.

If I could give NO stars or NEGATIVE stars, I would. They do not deserve the 1 star that Google requires for this review. Every time I go to this KFC, there is always an issue with my order. When I bring it to the staff's attention, they become hostile and aggressive. During my last visit, I had to pay for my food, then wait over 30 minutes while they served other customers, only to receive my order wrong. They even told me they were out of the item I had already paid for. They were not going to tell me it was missing from my bag unless I noticed. When I asked for a refund, they asked ME for more money. The workers are miserable and clearly hate their job and customers. The Cortez location is much better - never any issues there.

Why can?t they make chicken right for a change. You?ve been in business for decades. Yet the people that work there can?t follow a tried and true instruction model. Chicken is soaked in grease. That means they put the chicken on cold oil. Not pleasant to eat that chicken to say the least.

This the worst KFC we have ever been to. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables had not been wiped clean from previous customers visits. The floor in both the restaurant the kitchen had debris scattered all about, disgraceful. Our 6 pieces of chicken were not crispy at all, it was all soggy. We should have complained but decided best not to! This restaurant should be shut down!
