Domino’s worst takeaway I have ever experienced. bad service, unprofessional staff, rude staff, invalid staff, scandalous delivery service, happily take payment for inalienable orders, no refund offered or get only empty bauch frustration

My order was wrong, I ordered mighty meaty and got a vegetarian pizza! after mins try to get through to complain by phone, was told to me it would be an hour for a replacement that would be after in the night., so I asked for a refund and was told, would last days, but only for the wrong pizza, not the garlic broth and dips that I had ordered it too when I finally came through on november days later to hunt the promised refund, andrew said he would hunt up, but only the faulty wrong product could be refunded, as the garlic bread was correct, his explanation was when I went into a load and bought a dress and some sock when the dress was bad, I would give it back, but the sock. if I had bought it as an outfit, I would have returned the socks to days later, I still wait for my refund and not my breath.

Preorder for my pizza this evening. I just called the load and it's not yet left and it's tonight? They just wanted to get me off the phone. they should at least contact me to say that there was a problem. I'm really not happy. I have children who need food. it was really shocking.

I ordered a pizza for my family and waited for hours. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone, it just kept ringing. The service used to be good, but now it's very disappointing. Such a shame that they have gone downhill.

Ordered a large pizza and Chicken Kickers which came to just shy of quid. Delivered within mins, all good. But, the pizza was almost stone cold and looked like leftovers from the night before. I am sure this pizza was made hours in...advance. Had no distinguishable taste and the mozzarella was rubbery and only held the toppings in place. So disappointed as been fancying a pizza all week and we were really looking forward to a treat. Never again Dominos, seriously terrible food.
