Restaurant bewertenI 've been lucky enough to taste many, many Viet bread rolls... or banh mi and the many variations. I 've been all over Adelaide, Brisbane and even Vietnam eating these wonderful things. How do these compare? Well, if you 're not up for a trip to the lively Inala outdoor shopping area, these are not bad for the inner south of Brisbane. These aren 't going to blow your socks off, but they 're definitely above average (in a city where that 's rare . Typically Banh Mi has very crumbly bread, but these are softer. The vegies are pickled though, it has the pate and the proper mayo and fresh coriander/ chilli.<br/ <br/ Local tip: Some time ago they started doing 'pork ball ' rolls, which they frequently run out of throughout the day (while they 're cooking more . If you 're at the register, just to the right hiding at the back of the bottom shelf you 'll see a tray of red, fish sauce infused BBQ pork balls. If you see them... then you 're in luck! Order those!<br/ <br/ <br/ I 'm sure it 's a great bakery too, but really I 'm just about the bread rolls :
Great Vietnamese pork rolls, lovely pain au chocolates and very inexpensive! Just a little take away spot not a cafe atmosphere really. Highly recommend.
This place is a guilty pleasure for a super buttery croissant. It's crispy and moist. My hubby loves the chocolate ones for the 2 strips of chocolatey goodness inside. Super yum best in the western suburbs. I bypass a very popular Graceville bakery to come here for their pastry.
Best bakery in Yeronga! Great (real) baguettes, fantastic sweets and a yummy Vietnamese pork roll for lunch. Lovely folks, too I can't believe how lucky we are with Miettes, Cafe Beesting and now this place in one corner of Brisbane!
Such a wonderful little gem! Would highly recommend this place. Always greeted with a smile, wonderful customer service. The chicken salad rolls are always on point. Affordable bakery prices. Fresh bread, pies and sweet items.
