Casey's - Braceville

Just had the BEST pizza we have had from this Casey's!

Every time I go to this Casey's, I'm always satisfied with the service. But I have a big complaint about the pizza. I'm going to talk about my last three orders spanning over about a year and a half. The first one, I tried to order a Bacon Cheeseburger pizza. The lady had absolutely zero idea as to what I was talking about and I ultimately had to order from Casey's in Braidwood. The next time, I ordered a pepperoni flatbread. Instead I had gotten a regular pepperoni pizza, which is alright, it's basically the same thing. BUT this thing was absolutely buried in cheese. Just an outrageous amount that I didn't ask for. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back for me... We had ordered a breakfast pizza with peppers and onions. We originally got a normal sausage breakfast pizza with no veggies. We had it replaced which is great, thank you for that! But again, this pizza had 10 pounds of cheese and toppings on it. Now, I love cheese as much as the next non-lactose intolerant person, HOWEVER I did not ask for extra cheese and toppings. Some people may think I'm crazy for complaining about extra (free) toppings. Maybe I am! But when I pick up a slice of pizza, I want a little bit of everything. I don't want an undercooked, borderline raw crust that falls limp under the weight of all of these toppings. Not to mention because of all the toppings, the cheese can't adhere to the crust itself and then everything falls off. Maybe some people will think hey, just order from a different place. Sometimes you just want Casey's pizza and Braceville Casey's is the closest to me, but I think I'll go to Braidwood from here on out unless some proper training can be put into place.

Great place to get pizza and snacks and drinks I recommend this place if you want snacks and other stuff!

The staff is always smiling and happy even through the covid crisis and if you need an egg sandwich or a piece of pizza on the way to work it's always great and it's warm
