Kfc - Boyle Street

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. I went through the drive-thru to order one meal, but it took 5 minutes for someone to come to the window to take my payment. After being told to proceed to the parking lot for my food, I waited for 20 minutes and eventually had to go inside the store to inquire about my order. I was informed that they had run out of chicken and it would take another 4 minutes for it to cook. With a crowd of delivery drivers and other customers also waiting, it seemed like it would be at least another 10 minutes before my food would be ready. I decided to get a refund and leave. With so many other chicken restaurants to choose from, this level of service is unacceptable. It would have been better if they had communicated the wait time upfront and let customers decide whether they wanted to wait or not. Waiting in a car for an extended period of time for fast food is not reasonable. I will not be returning to this location.

This restaurant is poorly managed. A miscommunication caused several customers to leave the store. Orders were not coming out in the correct order, leading to frustration for a Skip the Dishes delivery driver whose order was delayed while orders for customers who arrived after him were being served. I will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Drive thru is small. Building itself had been there for years and dire need of renovations.The speaker did not work. Food was cold, asked for no bag, still got one.

We enjoyed it so much that we waited from 10 am to 10:30 am for the drive-thru to open. We ordered two Tuesday 2-piece chicken deals. The restaurant has a wheelchair ramp and automatic doors for parking accessibility. There is seating available for wheelchairs and the order desk is suitable for wheelchair or walker users to access.

Cashier does not listen correctly, and does not know what the products are. Waited 25 minutes, asked wheres my order. He replied telling me they served other peoples orders, instead of mine in the order placed. Sloppy attitude, lazy service. Got the food, its ice cold. Told staff, they lied and said they warmed it. Just lies. Got a partial refund, and they refused to refund the rest.
