Dunkin' - Bowling Green

A long wait to get lukewarm decaf. She apologized many times. I offered to pull up and wait. She brought the fresh coffee out and continued to apologize. I gave her a tip and she was so very grateful. Success!!

Normally a great place to get coffee but the last couple times I've been have been terrible. Waiting in line for 15 minutes just to get my order wrong ?. And once it's right its so sweet or bitter its almost un-drinkable. Definitely been turned off of this location.

I find it hard to believe I haven't written a review for this location, I don't come here often, but I always leave happy. Professional courteous staff, great energy giving life blood of the world, pastries for any occasion. I may not call you Dunkin' in my head, but you're definitely in my heart. #75

Incredibly slow service and not a lot of friendliness. People there are rude and not helpful at all. They do not know how to make bagels. When I went back to ask them to fix it kindly, they handed me one tiny thing of creamcheese and a knife. I used to give this place 3 stars now it is less than one!

Place was really clean, staff was very nice, Mrs Doughnut and Sandwich was good. My Eclair had no stuff inside, very sad tomorrow, but after a lot of advice, I might feel like recovering. But honestly a very pleasant stop
