Panera Bread - Bowie

I have been coming to this Panera since it opened and honestly it has never been on par with others near by (Bowie Town Center and Gambrills). Over the last few years, however, it has declined to unacceptable levels. The portions are smaller than other stores; there are always flies in the restaurant; the coffee is always cold; and utensils and salad dressing are served in plastic like carryout even when dining in. I consistently come back for the convenience and each time I am reminded why I shouldn't. I absolutely will not return.

Finally used the last bit of change on my gift card. Food from this place is always satisfying, light and fresh.

I like panera bread. Unfortunately, this location panera is really disappointing the place was not clean, the coffee was completely empty and my friend ordered a coffee and when he got it, it was cold. I've gone too much paneras, and this one is missing in the service. I would say that the personal would be good, but everything else didn't work for me. it seems to have gone downhill since covid. I'm sorry to say. I hope it'll be better.

This place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!

Lunch for a meeting on Friday, 23 september. my lunch was ordered the day before to make sure that it would be ready for pickup at 11:30. I do this briefly. They got my order not correct and at worst I had ordered many salates, but they did not even contain a fork or serviette when they packed the lunch breaks. I was so embarrassed and angry to open the lunch packages. Moreover, they did not even mark every lunch, as I was with special needs at the participants. a good example of bad services. my dog home can make it better. never again. I would give them a negative five stars if I could. in a word you suck panera.
