Steak 'n Shake - Bourbonnais

It wasn't in one. Was surprised, no waiting personnel, ordering kiosk and menu has shrunk great time. Was surprised when I opened my order in the car and found both hamburgers and Pommes hardly warm.

I’ve NEVER in my 31 yrs had Steak ‘n Shake and let me tell you about my experience. First off the cashier Jennifer had thee best attitude and customer service I’ve experienced! The food was fresh and delicious. And Jennifer is right I WILL be back! Thank you

We came today after not coming due to poor service and not so good food a couple years ago. I must say it is under new management and it was amazing the burger was fresh and very tasty. Lucy the manager was so great I complimented her on a great job. Facility was clean I will definitely come back again.

. We had a party of nine. Two people ordered 7X7s which means a lot of cooking for the grill cook. All nine people enjoyed what they ordered. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. The manager came to check on us and make sure everything was as expected. We were very well taken care of by the entire staff!

I love this Steak n Shake! Their burgers are delicious. Shakes are well shaken. Thanks.
