Steak 'n Shake - Bourbonnais

Very fast and great customer service. Food was hot that I had to drop a star because we had to wait for our great job to feed my family of six. That wasn't so bad, but after they waited for it, they put cheese on a burger for a child who hates cheese.

We thought they were open 24-7, we moved around 11:58 to order. They took our order after we got paid and got our food business made us aware that we've just been there in time since they closed around 12. They had amazing customer service.

Manager super helpful and nice young lady. Hamburger was delicious frits hot, which did not happen, coming here in years or driving thru. A delicious meal enjoyed our lunch. Staff also pleasant and beautiful.

It wasn't in one. Was surprised, no waiting personnel, ordering kiosk and menu has shrunk great time. Was surprised when I opened my order in the car and found both hamburgers and Pommes hardly warm.

I’ve NEVER in my 31 yrs had Steak ‘n Shake and let me tell you about my experience. First off the cashier Jennifer had thee best attitude and customer service I’ve experienced! The food was fresh and delicious. And Jennifer is right I WILL be back! Thank you
