The Corner Pub - Boston

Update 8.17.22 I 've come back to the Corner Pub quite often now. Mostly to see my new friend Fran the pink flamingo. Their food is delicious and service great. Their steak sandwich and grilled cheese are amazing and try all their eggrolls. Pam and Matt the owners have been so kind to me and my family during this difficult time. They also generously provided lunch and dinner to the nurses and doctors taking care of my husband at Tufts CSICU. Stop by and check it out, especially if you are coming into the city by commuter rail. You are steps away from South Station.. and there 's always another train I 'm staying in Boston while my husband is in the hospital. I wandered in one evening because the sign on the door caught my attention. The rest of the signs decorations make me smile. The bartender/server was so good on a Monday night, Mike I believe his name was, I thought he owned the place. Food was great and service too. I 've been back two more times and met the owner Pam. She is very kind and caring. Definitely stop in here when coming and going from south Station. . Close to Chinatown and Tufts Medical Center .

Pam the owner is very accommodating for groups willing to plan special events. Great service, extraordinarily friendly.

Friendly pub with nice bacon and cheese fries ? I sat up at the bar because I was on my own and didn?t feel awkward or that it was so locals only, which isn?t always the place at pubs.

Love this place. A real hometown Boston experience. Watched the Pats game, drank a few beers from an interesting ale menu, shared a great burger and felt like I had been never not been there. Good time.

What a great little place! I loved the decor! The drinks were good. Not a far walk to the train either! I'll visit again when I'm in Boston.
