Slate Bar and Grill - Boston

Had the Kona burger for take out. Burger was thick and juicy, good seasoning much better than shake shack! Fries were hot and crispy. The portion size was really good and half the price of what they wanted to charge me for room service at the intercontinental hotel a just 3 minute walk away. The bar looked good, will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

Matthew was phenomenal and incredibly friendly. Would go back time and time again.

Impressed by the service and the food. During the peak of downtown lunchtime, with a table for 8, all orders were perfect, and even placed down in front of who ordered it without any mistakes or missed menu substitutions. Drink orders were prompt, waitstaff were attentive, and food was excellent.

Great place. Nice hole in the wall type bar. Good food. Good drinks. Their liquor selection isn't huge when it comes to brands, but they have enough of everything to make good drinks. They have a good beer selection. Fair prices. I went there for a Paint Nite. Definitely did not have an ideal space for it, but it was still fun and successful.
