Restaurant bewertenI went to grab a bite to eat and encountered a woman at the counter who informed me about a $5 meal deal displayed on the screen. I told her that I hadn't requested that option.
The staff at this Taco Bell are consistently friendly and polite. While some customers have a tendency to complain about everything, it’s worth noting that the lines can be long—after all, it’s Taco Bell! Occasionally, some items we really want may be sold out, which is just a matter of bad timing on our part. Despite the wait times, the staff have always treated me wonderfully. It’s not their fault that everyone in South Bossier craves Taco Bell!
I attempted to place an order at 11:30 a.m., but was informed that their system was down. When I arrived, I noticed the staff sitting off to the side and smoking cigarettes. It's evident that they don't seem to take their responsibilities seriously.
Every time I and my fiancée get to eat here, we are asked to return to a yellow pole so we don't mess their time instead of having our food ready when it should be. I work in online forces in my shop, and we never ask customers if they can move and check in again, so our time looks better. Last time we went on 9th juni at about 2:50 o'clock the woman who worked the window was rude, the window smiled after she had given us our food. this place lacks professionalism and a friendly attitude to its customers, and also seems to be a lazy environment.
This location is a joke. I live close by so this is convenient but I swear to God they have more problems than any other fast food place. My thought is that it starts with ownership, then management. Both need to change NOW!!
