Silver Star Smokehouse - Bossier City

Last night, I crossed the river to satisfy my craving for good BBQ after a well-known recommendation for this restaurant. My waitress, Shelby, was exceptional in providing top-notch service. The food was delicious, with just the right amount of sauce on my meat plate. I never had to wait long for another beer as Shelby was always attentive. If there was a place with such great food and service closer to me, I would consider moving to Bossier and save the gas money of driving here once a week. This restaurant has become my new go-to spot, replacing taco Tuesday.

Yesterday afternoon, we had a surprise party for my grandmother and it exceeded our expectations! The staff was very polite and accommodating, especially when we had more guests than anticipated. They quickly moved tables for us in the Longhorn room. Our server Taylor was amazing, always ensuring our glasses were full and bringing out the food promptly so we could enjoy our meal together as a large family. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you!

I have to say, it was absolutely amazing. I was part of a party of over 20 people, and we were all taken care of by just one waitress. Her name was Summer, and she was fantastic. Despite being eight months pregnant, she never missed a beat. I ordered ribs, brisket, fries, and potato salad, and it was all delicious - just the way I like it. The decor was also wonderful, and there was a fresh, pleasant aroma in the air. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, so I am excited to give it a 5-star review and can't wait to go back.
