Sam's Southern Eatery - Bossier City

Delicious fish. Excellent shrimp. Good portions. Nice staff. We stopped at Barksdale AFB for the night and tried this place for dinner. Will definitely go again on our next trip through the area. Was told they had a location in Charleston, SC… We'll try that one, too!

Everytime we go to Louisiana, we look for a Sam's Southern Eatery! Our server was so polite and kind. Thank you! They make the best fried shrimp poboy (I should know. I've tried many places ️ The tarter sauce is the best with just the slightest cajun kick! And even though I don't, ususally, eat fries — I love theirs dipped in the tarter sauce or alone My husband ate the 2 fish and 2 shrimp Check out the size of the shrimp thumbs

If you're looking for quick and delicious food for lunch, this is your spot. Had a phenomenal catfish PoBoy the first day I was at Shreveport. It was so good that after melting the top of my mouth on the first bite, I couldn't resist taking another before the sandwich cooled off! We went back again a few days later and had both grilled and fried shrimp… Wow. I ate at the location north southland park drive in Shreveport Louisiana the food was awful the fries were cooked in old dark looking Grease.. The fish was undercooked. No selection on fountain cokes. They only 3 different drinks to pick from.and the coke machine that you get your drinks from was dirty with mold..and also there was flies..we ordered a double french fries and only got one.i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody..i will never eat there again.
