Ordered chicken tenders I got chicken nuggets! I guess the server doesn't know the difference between the two? This is not the first time our order got messed up. Does not deserve a star, yelp you need to add an option so we are not forced to provide a star.

Made a doordash order around 2:30 (an hour before closing). doordashers ran late and didnt arrive until 3:15ish which is still before 3:30 when store closes. they told the dasher the store was closed and never made my food nor did i receive it. food shouldve been made already as my order was an hour earlier. am writing reviews to both bc the store told doordash my food was already being prepared and done and i cant get a refund.

Absolutely the worst garbage food ! I understand its FF. They have been around decades. I stopped last night because no other option. Not again. A 10 Dollar Burger from JITB. LOL Fries were cold 5 min after i received them. Just Shame in the Box! That kiosk to order is a PITA . I need to spend my time learning how to delete condiments from my order. lol isnt 20 bucks an hour enough to pay a human being to take my order ? jeesh

I tried to order $36 worth of food and they overcharged me by $18. When I tried to explain the mistake they were rude and dismissive. I had to argue with them for 5min in the drive through before they finally charged me the right amount. No apology of course.
