Restaurant bewertenI couldn't take a picture of the bagel because I already threw it in the trash. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, but received a plain one that wasn't even toasted. My Mango Coconut Refresher was also bad; the milk had tiny chunks settled at the bottom, which was disgusting. I tried to get a refund, but DoorDash only offered a partial one, so it feels like I just wasted $6 for nothing.
The coffee was bitter, even after I tried to adjust it. The hash browns were cold, and the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich I ordered wasn’t toasted despite my request for it to be.
Only half of the donuts were correct. The glazed ones didn’t have any glaze on them, and some of the others weren’t what we ordered. In fact, we didn’t like them at all.
I had my second coffee of the year at this location. The quality was on par with other Dunkin' Coffee Shops. Despite being quite busy, the staff managed everything efficiently with an adequate number of employees. I was really looking forward to trying the plant-based Beyond Meat Sandwich, and I was thoroughly impressed by its taste and quality.
The manager was extremely rude to me, the lady behind register could not understand my order because I asked for melted sugar. Sje said liquid sugar, I say no little hot coffee to melt real sugar. she says u want hot coffee, so I raised my voice and repeated self for 3rd time and manager says we don't make it that way lose your attitude. Y I never this is the rudest I ever been treated in 26 year of drinking same coffee. Then she handed me a Creamsicle after just calling me rude. I literally said 4 times 1 cream 4 sugar melted sugar. This make me rude and I sm supposed to take a coffee I don't want because manager is a bully
