Restaurant bewertenHands down The best meal in the entire area of sud Tirol. Andrea, who also explains one of the chefs every article on the menu, and it shows how much love and dedication he in every dish as he describes it. We had the Carbonara starter who was a flo pastry nest with cream with crispy hot Guanciale. The contrasting textures, ingredient temperatures played music to our taste buds! As the head I had cooked a beef tagliata to cook cooking recommendation and it was so beautifully seasoned! My partner had large ravioli filled with slowly cooked beef and pork on a bed of potato with rag. We could of course not say no to dessert, especially after the knowledge that the chefs know what really good food is, and learn that their own desserts too. My partner had the Birramisù think tirramisù but beer instead of coffee tender and so delicious! I had dipped the deconstructed Cannoli with a beautiful sheep ricotta with dark chocolate grass on top and with a citrus sauce. A certain must for anyone who goes through Bolzano. Book on, because it is an intimate setting with just a few tables. Andrea will see us again!!
Absolutely hidden jewel at the airport. The menu was not excessively extensive, which was a sign of quality food for us. The homemade pastas were excellent and served in generous portions. The atmosphere was relaxed, with the cook very attentive to the customers. Definitely a must when you're in the area.
What a surprise. A small wooden cabin right at the airport and a very nice restaurant. The owner explains the menu. The food was very good. I had steak on the point and tenderness. We also tasted the Bruschetta, unexpectedly with degreased tomatoes and mozzarella. The Gamberi were delicious. The linguins with Squid, here I can imagine that the grilling of seafood could even be tastier. Worth a detour.
We had the most delicious meal so far during our trip in Italy. The cook was very friendly and told us his specialties. We went for his house made pasta (cacio e pepe ragu). The revival of Ragu was his grandmother, whom he told us. It was DELICIOUS!!! Visit this restaurant when you are in town and make sure to make a reservation. We were lucky with the last table left in the evening.
Young local couple willing to propose top Italian cuisine. This time local aperitif of high quality and generous quantity. Pleasant and nice company of the manager.
