This place was a dream. All the piadinis that my group got were enjoyed. This is not really a sit down place though. We just got it to go and walked like 15 minutes to the main Bologna plaza to eat. I got the spicy salami one which was delicious. I also got one of the small appetizers which was good.

Best gluten-free piadina in the world! the two are very nice and lovely. they can only find gluten-free piadina (no normal piadina) with many possibilities, also vegan. Trust me, go here as soon as possible.

Tiles with 3 different doughs and their creations, the Aldines, species of tigelle with inside stracchino. All exquisite! !
