Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Bolingbrook

This restaurant is truly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! I've dined in and ordered takeout, and I’ve never been disappointed. I recently ordered a large family catering menu through their website and requested it to be ready as soon as possible. They opened at 11 AM that day, so I didn't expect it to be ready right away, but to my surprise, it was! I believe it's important to acknowledge those who go above and beyond, and this place deserves all the praise it can get. Whether you're dining in or getting takeout, make sure to eat here!

Had dinner on Thursday. he was there about 18 o'clock, had waited 25 minutes. had a sweet little bank. once seat bench, waiter took our drink order, then we ordered shortly. husband had the chicken pliers with fries and koleslaw, I had the little lanced with green beans and mais. husbands eating looked fantastic! the offers were huge, brot was divine, crispy and so good. meat was tender and plentiful. friends were good. coleslaw not so much. I had the bourbon glazed salmon. it was cooked well. also the sides of mais and green beans were great. we checked out at the table kiosk and didn't have to wait for one. good experience.

Cheddar's is a popular restaurant which has the benefit of location. The parking lot is almost full early dinner time. Cheddar's appears to cater to the middle class which can occasionally go out for meals. It also appears they offer entrees prepared for mainstream safe tastes. The fish is OK for what it is and doesn't excite my palate. Nothing wrong with my meal but the fish did arrive with part of it drooping over the edge plate and almost touching the table.

I went here with my FiFi before seeing my parents last weekend. My meal was great I had the chicken tenders, honey buffalo. Hers was a lil dry. The portions were good and the prices were fair, will return.

Place was really nice. We were in the area and stopped by, it was our first time visiting. The hostess at the door was nice, greated us and we're were seated within a couple of min. We had complementary croissant with honey -delicious! Our food was also delicious. Honestly can't complain much about the food. I did, however, remove one star because there were multiple occasions where the employees were either huddled together standing or sitting down at a nearby both and we're pretty loud. Not sure what that was about but otherwise a good experience. I would come back if in the area. Thanks.
