Carl's Jr. - Boise

The biscuit and gravy were excellent, and the breakfast burrito was fantastic. The staff was friendly and cheerful despite the early hour.

Ordered Cali classic WITH BACON. Got charged for bacon, was excited for bacon, but here we are, sans bacon. Also, PSA, I don't think ANYONE prefers the bottom.of the bucket ,WHITE lettuce on their burger. Or light yellow. You sure had some pretty green stuff for the lettuce wrap though, didn't you? Your Dr. Pepper is out of syrup, and although I got a bonus drink , of course Dr. Pepper, it's basically brown seltzer water, so thanks for that. Only good thing, the fries . Seriously unimpressed. I used to love this location... now not so much. Meh.

I usually pick this particular Carl's Jr because it's fast and no hassle. Tonight I stopped in at 9:08pm, the lobby closes at 10pm on Friday. We get told the lobby closes at 9pm and we need to leave. So I went to the Sonic up the road.

Came in at 945 on may 24th. The guy up front was super nice. Definitely an asset to the company. Unlike the other carls jr. On entertainement. I was called an idiot by management. But thiss store is definitely the best to go to

This place is sadly struggling a lot. I went through the drive thru from what I saw there was 3 workers. I waited thirty minutes in the drive thru line. My sandwich I had to take a picture of because they didn?t give me the top part I got two bottoms instead for my bread. I cannot believe I waited that long for my food but also I was stuck in the line with no way of getting out. I asked to you my fries and I still got the original. When I paid I asked for sauce and the girl sounded like she heard what I said and smacked the window which I assumed she was in a hurry. When I got my bag handed to me I didn?t think to check my food and I was afraid to even mention the fries I didn?t want to wait any longer. There was none of the sauces I asked for so I waited for another person to come to the window. All in all the service and the food and the timing all a big big mess. Not recommend at all due to terrible service and the food not made right.
