Melissa im miller’s ale house in boca raton offers the best in customer service! every time we visit miller’s, it feels like we are the only customers in this place. No matter how busy it is, we get quickly after home service. also the gm of the load (ted) always takes the time out of its busy day to tell us hi and see how we do it. miller’s ale house is the place to go.Thanks to the whole staff so that we feel like home!

Definitely the service was not what I would expect at my local Ale House. My chicken nachos took super long to come out and were horrible. I tried to order a second beer, finally gave up after it never came. Usually I sit at the bar because the service is great. Not tonight.

It was my girlfriends birthday on 6/25/22 and I Told the waiter about it.. He told me that they don't do special things for birthdays at that restaurant But sure enough he got some of the staff together and they came and saying Happy Birthday to her it was amazing it made her feel really good I really appreciate him doing this great restaurant great food.
