Scout Coffee - Blue Springs

Scout Coffee is by far my favorite coffee house in the area! The staff is always so friendly and there is such a cozy homely feeling as you walk in the door. I love coming here every time I'm back in Blue Springs. Love this little shop, so much better than Starbucks.

The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance and serves excellent coffee, especially with oat milk and extra hot. It's a great feeling to support a local business, and the merchandise is also impressive. Additionally, they support other local establishments, including Scratch KC Bakery. The homemade pop tarts are a must-try and are absolutely delicious.

If you are searching for a small, charming, and cozy coffee shop in a peaceful location in Blue Springs, Scouts is the perfect spot. I opted for the gluten-free sausage and pepper quiche along with a snickerdoodle latte, which was a delightful way to kick off my day. The restaurant offers multiple rooms for seating, and the staff is lovely. The coffee selection is also impressive.

Smells good when entering. fair priced and joyful staff. Give them a taste!

Love this place! They have lots of new (to me) drinks to try, the baked goods are tastey and I always get a burrito when we go. My son also loves it and they have several things that are kid appropriate (as a treat). The staff has been super nice every time we go in. There is some seating outside (more inside obviously) and you can order online. You get a text when it's ready and the order will be sitting on the counter. So you can just go in grab your stuff and go if you are avoiding indoor places due to the pandemic. Either way, try this place, you won't be disappointed.
