Restaurant bewertenReally love this restaurant, food is excellent and the prices are reasonable for such great food.
The Food is very exquisite the atmosphere relaxing and clean. The waiter was very attentive.
My server had a terrible attitude, she was serving us with disrespect and she rolled her eyes at me and my friends. She was just disrespectful overall!
I live and work near to this Ginza so I stop in now and then. Not much in terms of the decor has changed. Odd choice of music was playing. Not music that makes me feel Zen. I ordered salmon spicy roll and tuna spicy roll. First, quality of the fish was low. Next, the sushi roll chef doesn't understand the proper amount of rice. A tiny thin layer was used. This isn't a one off issue. Basically, the Ginza Group is looking to cut corners to save money. Worse, they used the wrong type of rice for their rolls. Again, cheap rice. For most patrons, they will assume nothing wrong. But for those that understand sushi, you had better to go to a Japanese resturant with Japanese chef. No Japanese chef would serve sushi the way they do at Ginza, Bloomfield and Wethersfield. You might be wondering... how does this guy know so much? I lived in Japan for 14 years, my wife us Japanese, and she is a former sushi chef herself! I'm not expecting Tokyo Ginza level sushi, but I am expecting better from Ginza chain. Sadly, Murasaki, with their Japanese owner, has retired. There's still Toshi's in Avon. Otherwise, for real sushi, you'll need to head to New Haven or nearer to NY. Also try Wanokura in Milford, MA. Summary: If you want real sushi, go elsewhere. If you want cheaply made sushi, this place is alright.
Always a great experience, consistently fresh fish, hibachi is great too have had it a couple times
