The supervisor(white blonde hair) just said that she hates when customers move the tables around. So they are professional as well. This place is horrible. Avoid at all cost!!!!
Starbucks as always does a good job of marketing itself as your third home aside from your home and your work they want you to spend your third most amount of time here. And this starbucks in particular might have achieved that.
Unprofessional. Bad customer service. Didn't make my drink, then made the one I received incorrectly. Didn't really apologise or acknowledge me. Seems like more of a social hangout for the 5 baristas. The sidewalks are not shoveled. Dangerous. Too bad, because the place is gorgeous on the inside. Please train your staff and expect more of them. We had the same issue at the airport Starbucks. Terrible drinks and bad customer service when it first opened. The owner hired all young brunettes with little care for quality of coffee or customer service training. Luckily they're finally starting to come around.
I really love their coffee. I try to buy their pumpkin spice latte or their pumpkin spice cappuccino when they have it on their menu. I have also tried their smoothies and they are delicious and healthy. I have had their mocha latte and cappuccino which are just as good as their pumpkin spice latte and cappuccino.
Got a sweet cream cold brew. Realized the cream was all curdled after I left. They also got my husband's coffee wrong. It tasted disgusting. We ended up throwing them both out and went to Alaska Coffee Roasting Company, which was much better.
