Restaurant bewertenFor a new regular customer who has gone a few times a month with a large group of 6-10 people for the last 2-3 months, I think it's sic that excuses are lost at the time of arrival and 1 hour without knowing what's going on. I usually book a few times with OpenTable the week this weekend and no problems. The lady says we don't have members of OpenTable for over 1 month The manager says we cancel OpenTable for 1 week After 1 hour waiting he tries us in high chairs, hey we are not children and all over 50s years old. Why not the people who came in high chairs after 6;30... Bad service and that was not expected.
They had not our reservation, then we did not eat there; there are no places available. There were at least two groups for birthday, I think, and a lot of noise. We couldn't have a table, then we go to another restaurant. I was angry that no one advised us.
The staff informed us that we were not recognized as OpenTable members for over a month, and that the manager had canceled our reservations a week prior. We were then offered high chairs, which was baffling since most of us are over 50 years old. Meanwhile, guests who arrived after us were seated in regular chairs. The level of service was far from what I expected, and it left a negative impression. I hope they can improve on this in the future.
Wow! We ordered the duck magret, and it was absolutely delicious!
We arrived for our reservation, but they didn't have it on record, so we couldn’t dine there as there were no available tables. It seemed like there were at least two large birthday groups celebrating, which made it even more difficult to find a spot. Frustratingly, we had to leave and try another restaurant. I was really upset that no one informed us about the mix-up.
