Jackrabbit Cafe - Biddeford

I would give this restaurant a solid three stars. While I didn't find the food to be outstanding, the pastries were quite good. In my opinion, the staff was not very friendly. As for vegetarian options, there were only a few choices and many of them contained gluten.

The restaurant has a light and bright atmosphere with a great design and feel. The food and coffee are exceptional.

I'm disappointed that this restaurant no longer has clearly labeled vegan options, as it seems like the kind of place that would have them. However, the dish I ordered, a zucchini and sunflower salad, was actually very good. I believe the avocado toast is also vegan, but I'm not sure about the bread or whether butter is used. I hope that people will suggest to the restaurant to add more vegan options to the menu, as they have great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. From the pastries to the baked eggs to the tea, everything was perfect. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.
