Subway - Beulaville

Frequently have issues at this location. Often my order isn't right when I order online. The cookies are usually over-cooked. The fountain drinks have a strange well-water smell. They recently cancelled my online order shortly after it was placed and didn't refund my money for 3 days. Avoid ordering here if you can. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Waited 5 mins upfront lady looked at me kept walking. Only has wheat bread then she weighed the chicken and put exactly 8 little strips in there then to top it off half of their veggies were out. Do yourself a favor go to the next city with subway this one just isn’t it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did a pickup order today and changed the whole sub didn’t even toast it and added a lot of salt and 1 side had only vegetables. Need to work on training the workers and find better ones. Several times, I have gone here, and they are out of a few things. When asked how long ago, they state 45 minutes to an hour. They don't want to restock what they are out of, tea, meats, sauces One night, they had a door locked, leaving 1 door for entering and exiting. Violation of state and federal fire laws. They claimed the lock was broken. And stated that the manager didn't care. Kids today don't realize the consequences of these things.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, chips and a coke. Got to the pickup window and they were out of onions which is understandable, that’s fine. Worker comes to the window again and said there was a mix up with the sandwiches and she will remake them, she apologized and gave us an extra bag of chips. The only thing right when we got home was the coke and chips, didn’t even have cheese on one of the sandwiches and completely different veggies than what was ordered on both, so they clearly didn’t remake them.
