Bruegger's Bagels - Bethlehem Center

Decent bagels, very friendly service. Coffee seemed to have some flavor added.

This is the third time i have been here and they have been disorganized, did not have plain bagels and the management was nowhere to be found. The kids working seemed frazzled and they had no idea what they were doing.

If your going to have bagels in Albany, make sure they're Bruegger's ... they're great.

Being from North Carolina I take a few trips each year. My friends and family that lives here make me stop and get some before returning home. These bagels are the bomb. If you stop by, see Caitlyn she rocks as well.

I went in for the lunch this week and watched one of the managers (I assume he was a manger because he was in plain clothes instead of the uniform shirt) taking the bagels out of the oven through the window. He turned around and dropped one of the bagels on the floor. Instead of throwing it away he quickly picked it up and threw it in the basket to be served out front. I was so shocked that I turned right around and walked out. I wouldn't eat here again knowing that's how they handle the food.
