With both take out (including during covid) and dining in, this country road diner--which has a feel more of a restaurant--never disappoints. The family that owns and operates it are all friendly and extremely accommodating. And their food definitely seems cooked to order. Whether a breakfast, brunch or dinner, everything is fresh and ample. Wonderful omelets, salads, almost anything Florentine, and soups are personal favorites...especially the simply delicious homemade pea soup! A lovely deck in good weather and a comfortable, warm atmosphere inside--complete with fireplace. A definite go to to add to anyone 's list, if looking for a place to dine locally or while out for a ride in the country.

My boyfriend and I went in to eat this morning, already having a great experience before hand knowing the food would be amazing. As before, the food, the service, the atmosphere was incredible. Their hollandaise sauce is one to envy. What made this experience that much better was going up to the counter to pay, I noticed it stated that the original owner of the diner and father had passed, I had asked when he had passed to offer my condolences and just the sheer fact that I asked, brought so much joy and appreciation to the woman at the counter, who turned out to be his wife. We then stated that my boyfriend and his family are Greek, we then made the connection that they had known my boyfriends family diner and use to be regular costumers. They told us to please bring our family’s and come back and the wife gave us both hugs. You don’t get service like this anymore folks. Will always recommend this place
