The service here is excellent. I often come during the busy morning hours and the staff make it look easy. They even know half of the customers' orders before they reach the register. That's top-notch service! Thumbs up!

This restaurant does not take responsibility for unfilled orders and will not provide refunds. It is not recommended to use Uber for delivery from here if you want your complete order. The worst part is that they do not seem to care about the issue.

This restaurant is extremely dirty and uncared for, with filthy tables and a grimy payment device covered in old, sticky coffee residue. It's clear that the staff have no regard for cleanliness or their customers. If they can't be bothered to clean the restaurant, it's likely they also don't care about the quality of their food or service.

I used to come here regularly until yesterday. I was walking past and noticed one of the workers starting outside, in uniform, talking to a bunch of his friends who were blocking the sidewalk with their bikes. Typically I’m not one to complain about this kind of stuff, but when I went around them to walk past, the worker’s friends began hollering at me. They were calling me names such as “Ms. Lightskin” as I walked down the street. They yelled that they were trying to set me up with their friend, the worker, who then decided to walk back inside. I was several storefronts away at this point, and they would not stop hollering about my mixed race for all of Bethesda to hear. I continued to walk to Giant, and the friends continued to follow me on their bikes. This was a terrifying experience as a black woman, I’m so disappointed. Had the staff been actually doing their job, then this never would have happened to me.

Would not recommend this place! For someone who still orders from here because I have no other options it’s crazy I miss an item EVERYDAY
