Restaurant bewertenWe had dinner there on Saturday night, encouraged by hotel receptionist and a butcher nearby saying it’s worth a try. Very nice and friendly staff, the lady smiled and took good care of us regardless the crowd of people with reservation coming in. Food was very good too, nice oysters and amazing fish soup followed by fish of the day and veal head tete de veau) quite surprising in fish restaurant, but excellent quality. White wine might have been put into ice bucket, but apart from that everything was perfect. I recommend the place!
We were directed here by our hotel, and it was an excellent recommendation. Right on the river, with an exterior table as well as the tables inside. I had the set menu (Euros 29.50 three good courses, and my wife had the gambas, which she said were super. Children were playing outside, and the atmosphere and the service were relaxed and genial. We fell in (extraordinarily! with a group of Romanian pilgrims on their way to Lourdes, and exchanged a bottle of wine for a bottle of their home made slivovitz it was that sort of place!
The boat ride takes you on a circular tour of the city, passing through a tunnel cut beneath the old fortress. Commentry was in French, with only a few phrases to pacify us Brits, but enjoyable non the less.

Je vais régulièrement dans ce restaurant surtout en été pour profiter de la terrasse . On y mange du poisson absolument délicieux , notamment le pavé de saumon , sauve vierge . En dessert, je craque bien souvent pour le duo de crèmes glacées concocté par le chef :praliné, marron glacé : une tuerie !! Personnel sympa et rapide ...Adresse à conseiller mais réservez si possible! C'est souvent plein le midi
