Daryoush Persian Cuisine - Berkeley

Daryoush was one of the top 3 Persian restaurants I have been in different US cities. Taste was so good. The beef kabob was so yummy and fresh so that it would melt in mouth. Also, the Manager, Daryoush is a very humble, nice and welcoming man.

Excellent Persian food in Berkeley! This place is a bit of a hole in the wall but some of the best Persian kebab I’ve had in the Bay Area!

Very friendly owner/manager (nice Persian guy with glasses), great food as well. We love Persian food and as we were visiting from out of town, we wanted to have some good Persian food in the Bay Area. This place had the highest rating on google and we came by to try out. Koobideh was one of the best we’ve tried. Super tender and juicy. Barg was decent and chicken was great too. We really enjoyed the food and especially their hospitality. We will return

The owner/manager at this restaurant is very friendly (a nice Persian man with glasses) and the food is delicious. We enjoy Persian cuisine and when we were in the city, we wanted to have a good Persian meal in the Bay Area. This restaurant had the highest rating on Google, so we decided to give it a try. The koobideh was one of the best we have ever had - super delicate and juicy. The barg was decent as well. We really enjoyed our meal and the hospitality of the staff. We will definitely be returning.

The Jujeh-Kabob plate was delicious. The charbroiled chicken breast was flavorful, served with basmati rice and a side of salad.
