Taco Bell - Bergenfield

I made an order at 2:39 on the app and got to the store around 2:55. My order was still not ready. I waited and waited. I asked what's going on and they say they still haven't started my order yet. I didn't receive my order till 3:22. I ordered on the app to save time but I guess ordering early means nothing cuz they didn't even start my order till a half hour after I ordered. I almost had to leave without my order because my lunch hour was almost over. I'm never going back to this place. If u want Mexican go to Chapala grill down the street!!!!

Worst taco bell ever first off they gave me the wrong order when I went back they didn't even fix it pretty much told me oh well food was smashed in the bags I was missing items had different things I didn't even order!! Worst place and service ever!!!

This has to be the slowest fast food restaurant EVER. just go to Hackensack you’ll get there, get your food and make it back to Bergenfield before you can order here.

They put beef instead of black beans in the black bean grilled cheese burrito. Really terrible experience considering that I'm a lifelong vegetarian. The workers just laughed it off.

Please don’t go here. 30 mins. Still waiting in drive thru.
