Unfortunately, they had run out of bread by the time I arrived, but I tried an apple pear hand pie that was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend it!

This restaurant deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional quality ingredients – the best in all of Bakersfield! If you're curious about what truly high-quality food tastes like, this is the place to visit. The owner and baker is an amazing individual, and we are fortunate to have her in our community! It's primarily a bakery, but they also offer delicious prepared foods for Saturday brunch and pizza night. Everything is absolutely delicious!

One thing to keep in mind is that the bakery is a bit on the expensive side, but I believe it's worth every penny. The quality of the bread is exceptional, and the ingredients are clearly top-notch. I highly recommend arriving early to secure the best options, as the bakery tends to get busy, and the most popular items sell out quickly. Overall, Bakers Outpost Bakery is a must-visit for anyone in the Bakersfield area who appreciates good bread. It's a true jewel in the community, and I can't wait to return and sample more of their delicious creations!

The menu and items can change because the food is highest quality, and selected and sold in season.I highly recommend Bakers Outpost! Don’t expect flavors that are safe, middle-ground American, predictable, or has a permanent menu. You will experience depth, complexity, goodness, quality, creativity, and boldness.
