Restaurant bewertenI am editing this review because when I went for breakfast this morning: (1) There was someone working during posted opening hours. (2) They were serving breakfast during posted breakfast hours. (3) The young lady serving was pleasant and professional. She even asked whether I wanted sauce. (4) And the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They have made a positive change, and I am very grateful. You can bet after a great visit like this, I'll resume eating here repeatedly. Please keep up the great work. My only regret is that I didn't get a receipt, so I don't know the employee's name to credit her.
I like my local Taco Bell. And usually they're really nice to you there. I give this particular experience four stars instead of five because of what I hope is an isolated incident. I was taking a friend to run errands for her and she wanted to stop at Taco Bell. So we went inside I told her to download their app so she can get the buy one get one free hard crunchy taco off the app. She did so. Now we were inside of the Taco Bell in Dunn When she did this, but the app took her order for the Taco Bell in Benson which is 7 mi up the road. We didn't notice that. And then we waited forever for her food and it never came and we asked about it and so we looked and sure enough there was ordered in the wrong place. Now I had had that experience before with Burger King in a town and the manager called the Burger King where it accidentally went to and told them what was up and she fixed the order right there for me to make it good because on the app it was already paid for. This was not the case however at this Taco Bell on this certain occasion. They were busy as everyone is always busy this day and age in the pandemic era, But they acted like they could care less that the app had made that mistake. We waited for someone to come to the counter after the girl said We had sent it to the wrong place. We figured to be sure they were going to help us try to take care of this and they didn't ever do that. So after waiting about 10 more minutes we hitailed it to the Taco Bell in Benson to get her food. Which was out of the way and gas is you know up the roof because of Putin but anyways.... A lot of employees don't know about the app of their restaurants or care to and that maybe needs to change in the future for all restaurants if they're going to offer app orders. Other than that I do like my local Taco Bell normally.
These was an amazing young woman at the front counter who was very professional and polite. Our order was taking longer then expected and still she reassured us throughout the whole ordeal. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I did not catch her name but she has rainbow beads in her hair and braces. Our order was perfect no issues. We ordered a butt load of food. Thank you again
Went to Taco Bell tonight, Olivia helped us tonight! We will be back again, and we hope she is there because that’s the best customer service we’ve experienced at this Taco Bell, her smile was contagious and she made sure we were satisfied! Love blue shirt and wolf tattoo
Worst customer service of all fast foods in the area! Expediently also rude employees! All employees here act as hate their jobs that they show with their rude customer service!!!
