Restaurant bewertenTerrible service! The woman at the counter ignored me to have a personal conversation, leaving me waiting. When she finally came over, she was extremely unfriendly. I will not be returning.
This is the largest, saddest footlong I have ever seen in my 15 years of eating at Subway. They even wanted to charge me extra for veggies that are typically free at any other Subway location. When I questioned them about this, they claimed that extra veggies are loaded on all sandwiches, which is simply not true. Their greed has cost them a regular customer. What a disappointment.
This Subway restaurant is awful. They have a big sign advertising $14.99 for a footlong, but when you order two footlongs, they tell you that none of them are included in the deal. It's not clear which sandwiches are actually part of the promotion. To make matters worse, when I asked the cashier which sandwiches were included, she gave a vague and unhelpful response, which was followed by her and another employee laughing at my confusion. It was a very rude experience and I definitely would not return to this location.
This subway is so greedy, they are afraid to put food on it sandwich. I ordered foot long truthahn, meat was thin like a serviette, I couldn't even taste meat, minimal vegetables, line mayo, ate her sandwich and still hungry (foot long) shame on subway! the first and last time here!
Terrible, by far the worst experience at any establishment EVER. Ordered 3 subs for delivery on the subway app only got 1. No big deal it happens, checked the app no way to get any help, says to contact the store…ok… I call the store and I’m met with the worst, most Vile, and RUDE lady i have ever had the misfortune of having to encounter, named MINDY. To make a long story short, and I wish this was an exaggeration, when I called it was nothing but “I don’t know” and “I can’t do anything about it” Even towards the end when asked for her name her initial response was “I don’t know” after asking multiple times “you don’t know your own name? You’re telling me you don’t know your own name…?” I finally get “mindy with and H” clearly this is a reoccurring issue here with there service, here’s the kicker she called me back about 20minutes later asking if I was able to cancel the order (like if I had option on my end I would’ve wasted time going back and forth with her) and then asking me if I wanted her to cancel it. YES!! that is all I have been wanting. What and absolute joke and a mess of an establishment. Please save your money and time as the moment something goes wrong they will be of little to no help and make you jump through hoops to get help.
