Trattoria Amici - BENOWA

This is a fantastic family-friendly restaurant. We ordered two pizzas, two pasta dishes, and some sides and desserts. The service was attentive, and we really enjoyed our dinner. We would definitely come back again!

The older waiter with glasses was quite rude and in his own world. over the table sprayed water without cleaning it. the wrong food broke out (which they expressed that we do not have to pay, but ultimately became for) and consistently annoyed diners while trying to eat. the food was at best good, exaggerated with butter and cheese. would not go back, only went as the hotel had limited options

We stayed at the hotel recently and decided to visit this restaurant on 19th June 2022.We were served by an elderly man who appeared to be of Italian origin. While filing our glasses with water, 1st he spilt water every where on the table and didn't wipe it down until we had to get his attention.Then, he ordered the wrong dish for entree and when we brought it to his attention that we had ordered garlic pizza not the cheese balls. He said he won't charge us and fix it.Anyway, at the end- We were charged two dishes for entrees one of which we had not ordered and it was the waiters mistake and despite saying he won't charge. He did. Upon asking him why we were charged. He shrug his shoulders.So be careful and triple check ur order otherwise you may have to pay more than what you expected.It's not about the money necessarily but it's the principle of owning up to ur mistakes (when u get the order wrong) and not holding customers responsible.The food average. But the experience wasn't te best.
