Chesters Cafe - Benalmádena

Lovely sea view. Owners were lovely and friendly. Plenty shaded tables available. Wide range of English foods and beer including burger, bangers and mash, chilli con-carne, panni’s. Various range of breakfast options. Family friendly menu and accessible by ramp. Very cheap compared to other parts of the resort. We ordered a ham and cheese panini, burger and wedges, 2 pints of beer and 2 7 up and the bill was €22. Perfect all rounder would recommend to anyone.

Can only comment on the welcome receive by the owners The bar is advertised as showing live sports what a joke would not even turn the television on Only when l asked if he was showing a live game the reply was no Not surprised the bar was nearly empty Did not stay for drink would recommend giving this bar a miss Can't carrying on trading with this attitude

Just discovered this spot and it's time to head home! Very relaxed atmosphere; lovely sea view; good food and good service. What more can I say!

The most ignorant man I have ever come across this bar was advertising live sport My husband approached him and politely asked are you showing the live football He answered NO This guy wouldn’t even turn the tv on he had nobody in his bar they were all sitting next door in The Long bar I wonder why I only gave one star just to warn others it’s not a friendly bar

I am proud to say the couple (Joanne and John) that own and run this bar/cafe are dear friends of mine. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always friendly and if there is anything that you need different from the menu, they will go out of their way to try and cater to your choice. They work very hard, the cafe is always clean and the food is always freshly prepared. The coffee is excellent as is the lovely cooling pint John pulls from the pumps in the bar. They have many regular customers and are on first-name terms with most of them, the personal service is second to none. please do not hesitate to visit if you are passing , i am sure you will not be disappointed.
