Restaurant bewertenThis situation is terrible. You're always so rude when my family comes here. The attitude of the employees here is that of inconvenience when we go into the door. I'm currently sitting here waiting with my family to order food. I would go if that wasn't our plan to eat here and my rewards weren't already activated. When I came in, I was immediately told without any other kind of greeting or recognition that it would take 15-20 minutes before someone even took my order (also heard that in the past). I can't believe that I really miss the enthusiastic Welcome to Firehouse chant who used to be the standard here. The employees are never trained on the computer, even today. If they ask their supervisor for help, they will not be treated kindly. The crazy thing is that this place is never occupied by the same people, but my experience is always the same. That tells me there's a problem with franchise management.
The sandwiches are very good, sometimes they are wrong but just ask and they will remake it. Staff isn?t super friendly or efficient. I only come back because they are better than Subway.
Love the smokehouse Brisket cheddar sub! All parts here are very delicious. Now that Subway has increased its prices, this place is no longer the expensive option. Probably best to order on their app, as waiting during the lunch break will be a lot of time to eat. Good drinks and they have coke products. Excellent assortment of chips also. Underground, however, has beaten them to cookies. While the Firehouse cookies are good, Subway is better.
These were probably the best subs I've ever had! Absolutely amazing! The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars was the staff. They weren't rude, but I couldn't hear them. I had to ask 4-5 times if he asked if I wanted my pickles.
I usually love the food here but tonight my husband and I both said our sandwich was not as it usually is. I noticed the entire staff was different. Maybe under new management but it wasn?t good. Not sure I?ll go back.
