I regularly stopover at BP Ascot, these guys (Haspreet, Retno, Meetul) are very friendly and helpful all the time

Just want to share some of my best experience with one staff member 'Amrit ' at BP Belmont. Approx 2-3 back I filled fuel in my car but there were something wrong with my card pins I totally forgot my card pins. I went to car and come back I think I did this 4-5 times, but surprised with the patient of this beautiful girl at counter she was continuously smiling really impressed by customer service by her, Moreover I am regular customer of this place n I am really love her coffee 's she make the great coffee I saw one of the other customer also said that 'he is now addicted to her coffee 's ' I think it 's a big compliment. Wanna share one more incident when one person didn 't have enough money to buy panadol tablet but had a headache she gave that person tablets from her bag for free. Really surprised by this girl every time. Keep it up beautiful young girl.

Baristas could use some training. Coffee was butchered

3 days in order, no vaccum tokens, no coffee lids, personal are lazy and a scandal for Australian service standards. shockingly bad. I've never seen the worst customer service in a servo.
