Restaurant bewertenGood dishes in general, not copious. There's no menu, just lyrics. half price high. price high desserts for the small amount they put. in general quality is good but I think it's expensive. service good and attentive. small place, old but cozy. we enter with a dog without problems. I think they should have some menu and something else matches the prices.
We came by the menu, but. they are now testing only letter but, by experience, at the end it comes out for the same price at the end it has been pp, without wine or desserts. with half slices of bread. food and service, right.
Warm welcome, very good food nice presentation), very cosy. Family friendly, dogs included. We highly recommend it.
We had eaten in this venerable institution some years ago. Oozing with atmosphere, it was badly dated and badly in need of a makeover. Yesterday we visited a building which had been transformed by a renovation done with flair and good taste, faithful to its best traditions of mountain hospitality. The place is now light and airy and is a great addition to the scene in Bellver and the wider Cerdanya valley. The improvements stretched to the restaurant, which turned out to be a delight in terms of both quality and imaginative cooking. We took the lunch menu, excellent value at €22. The cooking was assured and full of flavour, served in style by a team of friendly and attentive staff. The bright surroundings respect tradition while at the same time providing a setting for really good cooking. Starters of melon soup and spaghetti with ceps were top notch. Main courses were a Lamb Wellington (really excellent meat encrusted with delicious well-cooked pastry) and a grilled Secret of Pork which was simply spectacular. Desserts were light and packed with taste and imagination. This is a confident and assured cuisine that really impressed. The environment is elegant, simple and enticing. Wine list is good, there is a bar and separate facilities offered for those with dogs. A venue that’s well worth watching in the future. As we all emerge from the travails of Covid19, Fonda provides a source of hope and really fine dining.
