This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely understand basic ice cream market terms (like toppings which isn't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything that goes on icecream, used for DECADES! They kept thinking I said chocolate along with a tenuous grasp on English, they are ALSO incredibly incompetent, and don't listen to simple orders (unless it's coffee, apparently). Afrim, as nice as she is, is perhaps the worst one: She's slow-witted, forgetful (she constantly got my orders wrong), and barely knows typical ice cream lingo (like toppings I am NEVER coming back to this Baskin-Robins EVER AGAIN, until they can hire somebody... better!
We had a T-Mobile Tuesday offer for cones and redeemed them tonight at this Baskin Robbins location.

Whenever I go to this location I order a medium hot chocolate, 9/10 times I receive some random drink order or watered down hot chocolate powder. Disgusting and embarrassing that this has been happening for years now and I'm officially going to Starbucks from now on.
