The Beef Barn - Bellingham

I grew up on Providence St by the N Smithfield Beef Barn. This was like a trip back in time, burned cheeseburgers, frits served in a recycle bin. All restaurants should note, quality and consistency is the key to longevity. Make a restaurant in the last 50 years, find something that works and do it ..the same way, by and by. Just like I remember, I'll be back... it doesn't take 40 years next time, Cheeseburger, Pommes and a coke $8,50!

This place is the epitome of good affordable food fast. I dont know how they do it for the prices. I also liked that their dessert was a reasonable portion and not a huge freezer burned piece of cake.

Beef Barn is the BEST restaurant value in the area. 2 people can eat here and get great food for $20! I love this place. The food is consistent and the waitresses are friendly and knowledgeable. The food arrives quickly and is hot and well prepared! You can see cooks working in an open kitchen the burgers are flame broiled. The desserts are wonderful and the fries are crispy and fresh. I’m consistently amazed at the prices. I couldn’t make it for less at home!

Absolutely the best spot around! The service was fantastic – don't wait, just go! The fries were always served hot, and the steak sandwich was the perfect representation of a cheese steak. As a South Jersey guy, I know my cheese steaks, and this one was outstanding. Everything was delicious!

It's fundamentally a sandwich shop, but it's excellent. There were four of us, and we ordered cheeseburgers, soup, salad, and roast beef sandwiches. Everything was fantastic. It felt just like being at home. The service was quick and friendly. The fries and milkshakes were also wonderful. I will definitely return.
